All mechanical repairs are undertaken and can range from simple turret alignments to full
machine rebuilds

We carry out our own spindle and spindle cartridge repairs we have the knowledge and
expertise to completely rebuild worn machines to as good as new standards

Our Engineers carry granite squares, precision block levels, micron clocks, Digital thermometers, BT40 and
BT50 spindle test bars as part of their comprehensive tool kits.

We undertake geometrical corrections, Ballscrew refurbishment and Turcite replacement in fact whatever
mechanical problem you are encountering we will solve it.

Ballbar checks can be carried out to give a general impression of the
machines dynamic accuracy which can be interpreted by our engineers to
give the best possible machine setup.
